\nCore Purpose
\nThis role is responsible for coordinating and delivering effective training programs that align with the Skills Hub\u2019s objectives, while supporting trainees to successfully transition into workplace attachments and employment opportunities. It involves planning and organizing training activities, collaborating with trainers and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery, and building strong partnerships with industry players. The role also supports trainees throughout their learning journey, manages placement into workplace attachments, maintains accurate records and reporting, and drives continuous improvement of training programs.
\n\u00a0Key Responsibilities
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Program Coordination:
\no\u00a0\u00a0Plan, schedule, and organize training sessions in alignment with the Skills Hub\u2019s objectives.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Stakeholder Engagement:
\no\u00a0\u00a0Work closely with the Curriculums Development Manager to align training activities with curriculum objectives.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate workplace attachments.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, trainers, and external partners.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Trainee Support and Placement:
\no\u00a0\u00a0Develop and implement a process for matching trainees with relevant attachment opportunities.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Support trainees during the attachment process by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive experience.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Track and report on trainee progress and outcomes post-training.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Administrative Oversight:
\no\u00a0\u00a0Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee performance, and attachment placements.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Prepare reports for the Curriculums Development Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards for training programs.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Continuous Improvement:
\no\u00a0\u00a0Gather feedback from trainees, trainers, and employers to enhance program effectiveness.
\no\u00a0\u00a0Stay updated on trends and best practices in training coordination and workforce development.
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, workforce development, or a similar role.
\nStrong project management and organizational skills.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
\nProficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools for training coordination.
\nExperience in facilitating workplace attachments or internships is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
