\/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Familiarity with NAPSA, Workers Compensation, ZRA, NHMA, and other relevant regulations.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficiency in accounting software, pastel, Excel and Microsoft word.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation and reporting.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a diverse business environment.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Professional accounting certifications (e.g., ZICA, CIMA, and ACCA) are a plus.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in financial and management accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<br
