We seek a proactive Stores Officer to manage stock, process orders, and maintain shelves.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES:<\/p>\n<p>Follow standards for issuing\/receiving stock<br \/>\nMonitor inventory, compile orders based on par levels<br \/>\nMaintain organized records &amp; file reports\/invoices<br \/>\nCheck goods received match purchase orders<br \/>\nKeep storage areas clean &amp; tidy (hygiene compliance)<br \/>\nConduct inventory audits, work with Purchasing<br \/>\nTroubleshoot vendor delivery issues<br \/>\nVerify &amp; track inventory, do reports\/logs<br \/>\nEnsure safe keeping of materials (quality\/quantity)<br \/>\nEnsure monthly reports are submitted by the 5th of every month<br \/>\nKeep the workplace clean at all times<br \/>\nOther duties as assigned<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 certificate<br \/>\nTertiary academic qualification in Procurement\/Business-related course<br \/>\nDriver\u2019s License (added advantage)<br \/>\nComputer literate<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
