The role requires a strong understanding of legal services, client relationship management, and professional ethics, ensuring that all business development activities comply with applicable legal practice rules and advertising restrictions.<br \/>\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\nOnline job fair<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement the firm\u2019s business development strategy aligned with its practice areas and growth objectives.<br \/>\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, institutions, and high-value individuals.<br \/>\nConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging sectors.<br \/>\nPrepare and execute client acquisition plans and sector-focused strategies.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.<br \/>\nCoordinate and support client meetings, pitches, and presentations.<br \/>\nDevelop client retention strategies and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.<br \/>\nOversee the firm\u2019s branding, visibility, and public image in line with professional regulations.<br \/>\nManage marketing materials, including brochures, profiles, legal updates, and newsletters.<br \/>\nCoordinate digital presence, including website and professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).<br \/>\nEnsure all marketing activities comply with legal advertising rules and ethical standards.<br \/>\n\u00a0Collaborate\u00a0with partners and associates to develop competitive fee proposals and engagement strategies.<br \/>\nOrganize and coordinate client events, seminars, and legal workshops.<br \/>\nRepresent the firm at industry events, conferences, and business forums.<br \/>\nBuild relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, corporates, and professional bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills and Competencies\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strong commercial awareness and understanding of legal services<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nHigh-level negotiation and persuasion skills<br \/>\nStrategic thinking and analytical ability<br \/>\nStrong organizational and project management skills<br \/>\nProfessional integrity and understanding of legal ethics<br \/>\nAbility to work with senior professionals (partners, clients, executives)<\/p>\n<p>Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Business Administration\/ Marketing\/ Law \/ Economics or related field<br \/>\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in Business development, marketing, or client relations<br \/>\nPreferably within a law firm or professional services environment<br \/>\nDemonstrated experience in Managing client relationships, preparing proposals and tenders and Driving revenue growth<br \/>\nKnowledge of legal practice frameworks and professional regulations will be a plus<br \/>\nMust be a member of relevant professional body (ZIM)<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
