The successful candidate will be responsible for driving truck and commercial vehicle sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored transport solutions to corporate clients, fleet owners, logistics companies, SMEs, and individual buyers.<br \/>\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for customer service and business growth.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2013 Promote and sell truck and commercial vehicle models in line with dealership targets<br \/>\n\u2013 Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, fleet, and commercial market segments<br \/>\n\u2013 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers<br \/>\n\u2013 Assess customer transport needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions<br \/>\n\u2013 Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and related sales documentation<br \/>\n\u2013 Conduct follow-ups, customer visits, and market intelligence gathering<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Negotiate within approved parameters to secure profitable business<br \/>\n\u2013 Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets<br \/>\n\u2013 Coordinate smooth vehicle ordering, delivery, handover, and customer follow-up processes<br \/>\n\u2013 Support long-term retention through strong aftersales coordination and customer care<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum\u00a05 years\u2019 experiencein truck and\/or commercial vehicle sales<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience in fleet, corporate, or business-to-business sales is an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum\u00a0Diplomain Sales &amp; Marketing, Transport &amp; Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\n\u2013 Valid driver\u2019s licence with ability to drive manual transmission vehicles<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Good understanding of truck applications across industries such as transport, construction, mining, fuel, and distribution<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of\u00a0SAP, Truck Science, and quotation\u00a0\u00a0softwarewill be an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ability to work in a\u00a0fast-paced and dynamic environment<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDesired Attributes\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 Self-driven and target-oriented<br \/>\n\u2013 Professional, confident, and customer-focused<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong commercial acumen<br \/>\n\u2013 High integrity and ability to build long-term client relationships<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
