Scout, market, engage potential clients.<br \/>\n2. Build own clientele.<br \/>\n3. Perform initial appraisals and evaluation of loan applicants by thoroughly examining their applications.<br \/>\n4. Assess creditworthiness through background checks and vetting loan applicants to establish eligibility to get credit facilities.<br \/>\n5. Cultivate trustworthy referral networks with existing clients.<br \/>\n6. Suggest alternate channels to market financial products.<br \/>\n7. Forge trust based relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>* Full grade 12 Certificate with credits or above in both English and Mathematics.<br \/>\n* Tertiary education with a minimum of a Diploma in any given field.<br \/>\nEducational Resources<\/p>\n<p>* A good grasp of Microsoft packages i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n* Ability to work under minimum supervision.- Must have the mettle to meet tight deadlines.<br \/>\n* Experience in any industry is an added advantage.<br \/>\n* Must be at least twenty (20) years or above.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
