The ERB now seeks to recruit dynamic and suitably qualified person to fill the positions of Legal Intern.<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTo provide support to the Legal and Board Services department.<br \/>\nMain Duties and Responsibilities<br \/>\nConduct legal research to aid with drafting opinions, submissions and enforcement actions.<br \/>\nFiling of court documents and ensuring compliance with procedural timelines.<br \/>\nTrack progress on gazettes, statutory instruments and other legal publications.<br \/>\nPreparation of enforcement related legal opinions and monitoring compliance matters<br \/>\nAdministrative support in document management, enforcement hearings, minute taking and coordination of departmental workflows.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications<br \/>\nGrade 12 School Certificate with five 5 \u2018O\u2019 Levels or equivalent.<br \/>\nA minimum of a degree in Law<br \/>\nProof of Admission to ZIALE is an added advantage<br \/>\nApplicants must have graduated not earlier than 1st January 2023.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
