\nTo validate foreign currency cheque transactions as well as processing and validating swift inflows and outflow transactions, ensure reports are generated for submission
\nSalary insights report<\/p>\n
Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of an area of work
\nDrive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets
\nAdhere to Organisational values and service standards and interact with and communicate with customers accordingly
\nEnsure first time resolution of customer queries or complaints and take ownership of any requirements and follow up on queries handed over to other parties or areas to ensure delivery on agreed time lines and Service Level Agreements
\nMeet set turnaround times while ensuring own availability, reliability and accuracy
\nPropose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability
\nEnsure own product knowledge and guidance provided is technically accurate and collects feedback to help improve customer service
\nProvide timeous reports on operations, performance and audit findings
\nReport on transactional activity progression within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability Investigate new ways to optimise processes
\nFlag opportunities to migrate to platform and supports the use of technology in process and system improvements
\nDraw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality
\nExecute own work in accordance with the organisational values and code of ethics
\nComply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution
\nIdentify and escalate risk as normal part of work
\nAchieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and achieve an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline managements and sales quality
\nIdentify opportunities to increase sales revenue and to grow the organisational client base while containing costs Assist with retaining or signing unbanked customer base with a view to improving and increasing profitability
\nMaximize the sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients
\nMaintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedure, fulfillment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
\nMaximise cross-selling opportunities
\nDrive adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base
\nManage team delivery against goals in the area of responsibility
\nParticipate in Talent Management practices and processes in line with HR policies and procedures
\nManage performance of employees by clearly defining goals and objectives and providing direction, coaching and regular feedback
\nEnsure skills are transferred in specific functions
\nEnsure conflict resolution and respond to any complaints or concerns
\nSet relevant stretch goals for team and motivate achievement
\nContribute to teamwork and inclusivity by working together to achieve team goals Value individual contributions and respects diversity in the team
