SPECIAL EDUCATION\u00a0TEACHERS (THREE)<br \/>\n( MAIN DUTIES)<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans following the Zambian Primary Curriculum.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare Schemes of work and weekly forecasts following the Zambian Primary curriculum<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fUtilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learner understanding and participation<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fConduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and support learners\u2019 academic progress.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fCater to diverse learning needs, including special education learners.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare charts and other teaching and learning materials<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare individual work plan<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare home works, assessments and end of term tests<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENT<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fGrade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits\u00a0subjects including English and\u00a0Mathematics and any Science subject.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fDiploma or Degree in Special Education Needs\u00a0from a recognized institution.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fRegistered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and holder of a Valid Practicing Licence.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fAt least 1\u20132 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fMust be computer literate- word, excel and power point proficient.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fDesire to continue to grow and develop professionally<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fGreat communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fGood organization and time management skills.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fEnthusiasm and flexibility.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fShould have a Christian background.<br \/>\n*Our Ideal Candidate:*<br \/>\n\u2013 Collaborative and approachable leader<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong communication skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Commitment to student well-being and success<br \/>\nWe offer:<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fCompetitive salary<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fWork in a great team<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0fInteresting and challenging work<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
