\n\u200bJob Description<\/p>\n
\u200bCourier Coordination:\u00a0Schedule and track outgoing deliveries with local couriers (e.g., Mercury, Platinum, ZamPost, or independent riders) to ensure parts reach customers on time.
\n\u200bCustomer Support:\u00a0Assist walk-ins with identifying the right shocks and struts for their vehicles.
\n\u200bSales & POS:\u00a0Manage transactions and provide accurate quotes.
\n\u200bStock Management:\u00a0Receive, organize, and track inventory to keep the shelves ready.
\n\u200bOrganization:\u00a0Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient shop environment.<\/p>\n

\u200bReliability:\u00a0You show up on time and ready to work.
\n\u200bCar Savvy:\u00a0A basic interest in or knowledge of automotive parts.
\n\u200bPhysical Fitness:\u00a0Able to handle and lift heavy suspension components.

Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
\u200bAutomotive Interest:\u00a0A basic understanding of vehicle mechanics or a strong willingness to learn about suspension systems.
\n\u200bCommunication:\u00a0Excellent verbal skills with a friendly, \u201ccustomer-first\u201d attitude.
\n\u200bDetail-Oriented:\u00a0Ability to cross-reference part numbers and manage inventory without errors.
\n\u200bPhysical Ability:\u00a0Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy boxes (shocks and struts can be weighty).
