Working closely with Hiring Managers, this role delivers end-to-end recruitment solutions while supporting performance management, internal mobility, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business priorities and safety culture.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include but are not limited to the following\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical, and support roles.<br \/>\nPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements, workforce plans, and sourcing strategies.<br \/>\nScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and support selection decisions.<br \/>\nManage job advertisements, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offers, and pre-employment checks.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through local sourcing, community partnerships, and direct attraction strategies.<br \/>\nEnsure recruitment processes comply with labour legislation, company policies, and diversity &amp; inclusion commitments.<br \/>\nSupport the performance management cycle including Output setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of employee roles, performance documentation, and compliance requirements.<br \/>\nCoordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees.<br \/>\nAssist with succession planning, workforce planning, and role competency mapping.<br \/>\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and retention strategies.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate update to date recruitment and talent data within HRIS and recruitment tracking systems.<br \/>\nPrepare dashboards and reports on time-to-hire, turnover, workforce movements, and performance cycles.<br \/>\nAnalyze workforce and recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.<br \/>\nContribute to the review and improvement of HR procedures, SOPs, and policies.<br \/>\nBuild effective working relationships with line managers across site.<br \/>\nSupport local employment and community recruitment initiatives to strengthen workforce sustainability.<br \/>\nPromote organizational values, safety culture, and positive employee relations across operations.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 certificate<br \/>\nDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.<br \/>\nMinimum\u00a05 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in recruitment preferably within mining or heavy industry.<br \/>\nProven experience managing high-volume operational recruitment.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of performance management and succession planning.<br \/>\nExperience using HRIS systems and reporting tools.<br \/>\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nHigh commitment to safety, ethical HR practices, and diversity &amp; inclusion.<br \/>\nMust have good understanding and able to interpret the Zambian Labour Laws.<br \/>\nMust be a certified member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n<p>What We Can Offer You:<\/p>\n<p>A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and site-specific benefits<br \/>\nThe ability to make a difference and lasting impact<br \/>\nWork in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team<br \/>\nOpportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues<br \/>\nAccess to a variety of career opportunities across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Barrick has a strong commitment to environmental, health and safety management.<br \/>\nBarrick offers employment opportunities to both qualified women and men.<br \/>\nWomen who meet the above qualification are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
