\nThe\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is financial control over Team Budget and Spend, Buying process on BanQu Settlement of the accounts of Aggregator and Cooperative vendor account, and management of barley vendor accounts.
\n\u00a0
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Support the Agri Development team with their budgeting process and spend tracking
\nManage the small-holder buying programs using mobile wallets
\nManagement of the vendor account reconciliation on the actual spend and the volumes received
\nAssist with ad hoc queries from various customers & suppliers (internal & external)
\nMatching invoice costs with shortfall and reconciliation of the mobile wallets spent against vendor invoice
\nManage the input of the barley vendor account supplied to vendors and ensure that farmers are correctly charged and monies recovered from the same when they begin to invoice for barley delivered
\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting of month end financial results as well as other deadlines
\nManage and reconcile Intercompany transactions as required timeously
\nImprovement of current systems to streamline processes
\nInvestigate and initiate cost saving initiatives for the business
\nEnsure integrity of policy adherence across the various systems and serve as first line of\u00a0defense\u00a0for all controls
\nEnsure first time right postings, avoid accounting errors and postings of manual journals
\nSupport CAPEX process
\nZBB policy compliance<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\n0\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a finance, accounting, or cost\/expense management role
\nProficient in\u00a0MS Office,\u00a0particularly Excel
\nExperience using\u00a0financial systems; SAP experience preferred
\nExposure to intercompany transactions, CAPEX processes, or ZBB methodology advantageous
\nExperience working in Agri, supply chain, or commodity-based environments advantageous<\/p>\n
