\nAbout the Role
\nAs the Country IT Operations Technician, you will be responsible for managing the IT Operations, Projects, and Services for our Zambia Program. You will work alongside the Deputy Country Director of the Zambia Program to ensure that Zambia IT Operations complies with One Acre Fund\u2019s Global IT Standards.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nIT Operation and Management:<\/p>\n
Adhere to Country IT Operations policies, processes, and guidelines
\nResolve up to Tier 2 Technical (endpoints, networks) incidents and service requests within SLAs
\nComply with endpoints (laptops and tablets) and network processes
\nSmooth execution of IT support exercises (endpoint maintenance, inventory data cleanup, performance testing, etc.)
\nMonitor CCTV & GPS systems<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
Deliver high-quality IT projects on time
\nIndependently define project scope, milestone(s), and timelines
\nFollow the Tech standard PMP
\nClearly define roles for project participants:<\/p>\n
Technical leads from within IT Ops
\nDomain experts and business owners from customer departments.
\nVendors\/procurement<\/p>\n
