Book keeping
\nBank & Account Reconciliation
\nPreparation of Financial Reports
\nTax & Compliance Support
\nPayroll Assistance
\nAccounts Payable & Receivable
\nAudit & Internal Controls<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience
\nDiploma in Accounting
\nDegree an added advantage
\nComputer literacy is essential.
\nProfessional certification such as ACCA and ZICA is required
\nStrong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements in Zambia<\/p>\n
Skills Required<\/p>\n
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Excel & ERP systems e.g. Odoo, Tally
\nAnalytical Ability: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
\nCommunication: Clear reporting to managers and collaboration with other departments
\nOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
\nPayroll Systems: Knowledge of payroll software for employee compensation
\nFinancial Databases: Ability to use systems for compliance and reporting
\nTime Management: Meeting strict deadlines during month-end and audits
\nProblem-Solving: Resolving discrepancies and supporting compliance<\/p>\n
