Zanaco Bank Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank\u2019s strategic vision, in the Commercial Division under the Transactional Banking Department at Head Office \u2013 Support Functions:<\/p>\n
Role Description<\/p>\n
Job Purpose: Responsible for the co-ordination, monitoring, evaluation and support of the implementation process of electronic products and services in Transactional Banking. The role holder will ensure consistency with bank strategy, commitment and goals as well as offer technical product support and training to internal and external customers.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n\u00b7 Creating, establishing and managing business as usual project plans for deployment of new Transaction Banking services or products
\n\u00b7 Manage turnover of product\/service sales and support staff upon successful implementation of product\/service
\n\u00b7 Creating material for training both internal and external end users (Processes, SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flows)
\n\u00b7 Offer post implementation technical support of products\/services<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Working in collaboration with internal and external staff in the implementation of electronic product\/service projects
\n\u00b7 Managing, supporting, and helping internal and external customers in their daily banking needs and problems in relation to technical support, product knowledge and information support
\n\u00b7 Monitoring and measuring implemented products\/services uptake, utilization, performance and revenue
\n\u00b7 To organize and analyze audit data and summarize audit findings for review.
\n\u00b7 Coordinate the resolution of audit findings, Governance and Control issues within Transactional Banking
\n\u00b7 Convert complex business processes into understandable and easy-to-manage processes and decision points
\n\u00b7 Creatively analyze and adapt functional requirements into alignment with any budgetary constraints and emerging technologies
\nAny other responsibilities or tasks as maybe assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:
\n\u00b7 Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits including English & Mathematics.
\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Information Technology or Banking.
\n\u00b7 At least 3 \u2013 5 years of experience in banking\/commercial experience.
\nJob Core Competencies:
\n\u00b7 Good knowledge of banking systems and processes used by the bank and customers

\n\u00b7 Familiarity with international best practices and global trends in the cash management sector
\n\u00b7 Technical knowledge in business finance tools, products and methodologies an added advantage
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues typical for country banking systems and Knowledge and analytical skills, ability to understand main aspects of a financial institution\u2019s operations an added advantage
\n\u00b7 Strong knowledge of Bank products and channels an added advantage
\n\u00b7 Communication and presentation skills.
