\n1. Matron
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Oversee student welfare, accommodation, and discipline within hostels
\n\u00d8\u00a0Provide guidance and counselling support to students
\n\u00d8\u00a0Coordinate student health and wellbeing matters with management
\n\u00d8\u00a0Maintain accurate records of student accommodation and conduct
\n2. Lecturer \u2013 Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in ICT programmes
\n\u00d8\u00a0Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
\n\u00d8\u00a0Assess and monitor student academic performance
\n\u00d8\u00a0Supervise student research and projects
\n\u00d8\u00a0Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
\n3. Lecturer \u2013 Physical Education
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Physical Education
\n\u00d8\u00a0Organize and supervise sports and recreational activities
\n\u00d8\u00a0Promote student fitness, health, and teamwork
\n\u00d8\u00a0Manage sports equipment and related facilities
\n\u00d8\u00a0Support extracurricular sporting programmes
\n4. Lecturer \u2013 Mathematics
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Deliver lectures in Mathematics and related disciplines
\n\u00d8\u00a0Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and lesson plans
\n\u00d8\u00a0Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
\n\u00d8\u00a0Supervise student projects and academic work
\n\u00d8\u00a0Participate in curriculum development initiatives
\n5. Business Development Officer (BDO)
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolment
\n\u00d8\u00a0Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
\n\u00d8\u00a0Lead marketing and outreach initiatives for college programmes
\n\u00d8\u00a0Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
\n\u00d8\u00a0Prepare reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations
\n6. Secretary
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
\n\u00d8\u00a0Manage correspondence, records, and documentation
\n\u00d8\u00a0Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
\n\u00d8\u00a0Attend to visitors and manage front office operations
\n7. Assistant Accountant
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
\n\u00d8\u00a0Maintain accounting records and financial documentation
\n\u00d8\u00a0Support budgeting and financial control processes
\n\u00d8\u00a0Process payments, reconciliations, and invoices
\n\u00d8\u00a0Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
\nMinimum Qualifications and Requirements for Lecturing Positions:
\n\u00d8\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
\n\u00d8\u00a0All qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
\n\u00d8\u00a0Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
\n\u00d8\u00a0Membership to a relevant professional body
\nMinimum Qualifications and Requirements for non- Lecturing Positions
\n\u00d8\u00a0Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution, Bachelor\u2019s Degree added Advantage.
\n\u00d8\u00a0All qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
\n\u00d8\u00a0Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
\n\u00d8\u00a0Membership to a relevant professional body
\nAdditional Requirements:<\/p>\n
Lecturers: Valid practicing license from the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
\nAssistant Accountant: Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
