{"id":8025,"date":"2026-04-10T18:00:32","date_gmt":"2026-04-10T18:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/part-time-lecturers-business-administration-at-lusaka-south-university-college\/"},"modified":"2026-04-10T18:00:43","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T18:00:43","slug":"part-time-lecturers-business-administration-at-lusaka-south-university-college","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/part-time-lecturers-business-administration-at-lusaka-south-university-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Part-Time Lecturers \u2013 Business Administration at Lusaka South University College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LUSAKA SOUTH UNIVERSITY COLLEGEVACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: PART-TIME LECTURER \u2013 BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION<\/p>\n<p>Lusaka South University College is committed to providing quality higher education and is currently seeking dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals to join our academic team as Part-Time Lecturers in the Department of Business Administration.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Deliver high-quality lectures in various Business Administration modules (Management, Marketing, HR, Entrepreneurship, etc.).<br \/>\nPrepare lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials in line with curriculum standards.<br \/>\nSet, invigilate, and mark continuous assessment tests and final examinations.<br \/>\nProvide academic guidance and mentorship to students.<br \/>\nContribute to the development and review of Business Administration programmes.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate student records, including attendance and grades.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a recognized university.<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least a Credit or better.<br \/>\nPossession of a Teaching Methodology Certificate is a mandatory requirement.<br \/>\nAt least three (3) years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.<br \/>\nProven research interest and ability to supervise student research projects.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nValid membership with a relevant professional body.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
