Job Title: Shop Administrator

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Receive and process stock deliveries from the warehouse in the ERP system.
\nManage Shop inventory, i.e., on time requisition, ensuring the shop has optimal stocks for the sales team.
\nAllocate stocks to the sales team including the Field Agents
\nHandle replacement of items subject to warranty conditions and troubleshooting
\nPerform weekly shop stock checks and reconcile in the ERP system.
\nOffer excellent customer service to both prospective and existing clients.
\nMaintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shop environment.
\nIdentify and escalate operational or customer issues to management.
\nEnsure compliance to local government regulations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in sales and marketing
\nA certificate in sales, marketing. A diploma will be an advantage.
\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
\nGood analytical skills
\nPassion for working in a social enterprise involving households in off\u2010grid rural areas.
\nFluent in English written and verbal
\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability and a passion for working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, high-growth company.
