Zambart staff form an interdisciplinary team with a range of expertise including epidemiology, clinical science, social science, laboratory, operations research, health systems and services research, health policy analysis, health economics, health communication and counselling.Zambia business directory<br \/>\nTo support our wide range of research activities, we are looking for an ambitious, suitably qualified candidate to fill the following exciting position that has arisen:<br \/>\nJob Title: Learning and Development HR Assistant<br \/>\nDepartment: Human Resources<br \/>\nReports To: Head of Human Resources<br \/>\nLocation: Head Office<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nThe L&amp;D HR Assistant will play a key role in helping to deliver our L&amp;D strategy. They will have responsibility to assist in scoping, designing, and delivering a range of learning interventions to support our strategic aims. This role will involve a variety of activities aimed at supporting the organization\u2019s Learning and training programs. They will assist in coordinating all L&amp;D activities. The role is essential in fostering the culture of continuous learning and development that contributes to employee satisfaction.Job search platform<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nAssist in identifying training needs within the organisation through job analysis, performance appraisals and in consultation with line managers.<br \/>\nAssist in the development and implementation of training programs<br \/>\nAssist in organising, scheduling and coordinating training sessions<br \/>\nAssist in Preparing the learning materials such as visual aids, handouts, presentations slides and training manuals<br \/>\nCommunicate with employees about training options and schedules<br \/>\nAssist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness<br \/>\nProvide first line support to leaners and managers, resolve content issues (edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity) with key stakeholders.<br \/>\nAssist with creation of storyboards, assessments, produce instructional and support materials.<br \/>\nHelp the Head of HR coordinate the mentorship and coaching programs<br \/>\nKeep up to date the documentations and trends on best practice.<br \/>\nProcess and maintain records of training costs, schedules and participants and all related documentation.<br \/>\nProvide administrative support to the HR team on L&amp; D matters.<br \/>\nMonitor employee leave tracker and any other duties assigned.<br \/>\nEssential requirements<br \/>\nA degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, Education or any related field Education<br \/>\n2-3 years working experience with previous experience in Learning and Development<br \/>\nStrong organizational and communications skills<br \/>\nProficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple tasks<br \/>\nHave great interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAbility to work co-operatively in a team<br \/>\nGood understanding of consistent documentation of activities and procedures<br \/>\nAbility to work with confidential information in a professional manner<br \/>\nExcellent written and spoken English<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
