Maintain, establish and develop, positive business and customer relationships. Present, promote and sell tyre products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish new customer accounts and build on existing potential sales outlets.<br \/>\nResume building<br \/>\nSummary of Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sell the company tyre products and services to customers within your given territory<br \/>\nMonitor territory delivery of the Customer Commitment<br \/>\nBuild customer relationships at the buyer and senior buyer levels and<br \/>\nfacilitates connectivity in other functional areas including Marketing,<br \/>\nSupply Chain, Communications and Operations.<br \/>\nTravel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.<br \/>\nConduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily basis.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain relationships with new and already existing customers as allocated.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor the company\u2019s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer\u2019s specific needs.<br \/>\nDevelop overall Sales and marketing plans to achieve maximum growth within assigned geographic territory and named accounts.<br \/>\nDevelop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition<br \/>\nAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements<br \/>\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.<br \/>\nAnswering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.<br \/>\nHandling orders via phone or email and checking that the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.<br \/>\nExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives<br \/>\nProvide timely, accurate &amp; complete sales reports and forecasts along with updating Sales Opportunities.<br \/>\nEngage and leverage effective relationships with internal resources and industry partners to create opportunities and further drive solution-based sales.<br \/>\nEnsure the correct tyre products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner<br \/>\nServe as the link of communication between Key Accounts and internal teams<br \/>\nResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust<br \/>\nAny Other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager and CEO<\/p>\n<p>Communications &amp; Media Studies<br \/>\nRequired Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Communication skills both written &amp; verbal<br \/>\nProven ability to deliver results and customer service oriented<br \/>\nExcellent selling and negotiation skills<br \/>\nRelationship management skills and openness to feedback<br \/>\nDemonstrated ability to be a team player<br \/>\nPossess self-confidence, positive mentality, with ability to manage territories effectively.<br \/>\nGood computer skills with the ability to use word processing, presentation and spread sheet applications.<br \/>\nAbility to maintain a neat and presentable personality.<br \/>\nExcellent sales Skills<br \/>\nInterpersonal skills<br \/>\nExcellent Problem Solving Skills<\/p>\n<p>Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Administration or Relevant Commercial Field<br \/>\nMinimum of 3+ years\u00a0Sales experience in the Zambian Tyre and automobile industry.<br \/>\nProven experience in Tyre Business Development<br \/>\nSound understanding and experience of the principles and practice in Sales and management.<br \/>\nProven experience in\u00a0Corporate\u00a0Key Account\u00a0Management<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels\u00a0(Trucking Companies, NGOs, Mines and Govt Agencies)<br \/>\nMust be a member of ZIM<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFIED &amp; EXPERIENCED FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
