These positions are ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, with shifts assigned based on workload peaks, special projects, or staff absences. This is a \u201cday-to-day\u201d role, with no guarantee of ongoing or regular hours.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n-General Assistance: Provide support across various areas of the business (e.g., packing, cleaning, loading\/unloading).<br \/>\n-Stock Handling: Receive, move, and replenish inventory\/stock.<br \/>\n-Physical Labour: Perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kg, standing for extended periods, and operating in a dynamic environment.<br \/>\n-Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.<br \/>\n-Team Support: Follow instructions from supervisors promptly to meet daily production or operational targets.<br \/>\nRequired Skills and Experience:<br \/>\n-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.<br \/>\n-Physically active and capable of manual labour.<br \/>\n-Reliable, punctual, and flexible to accept shifts on short notice.<br \/>\n-Prior experience in a similar fast-paced role is advantageous.<br \/>\nTerms and Benefits:<br \/>\nPay:\u00a0Daily rate is K70 per day casual wage (paid daily\/weekly).<br \/>\nHours:\u00a0No fixed hours or regular schedule.<br \/>\nFlexibility:\u00a0Right to accept or refuse shifts.<br \/>\nRights:\u00a0Entitled to overtime if you work more than 8 eight hours a day, and up to\u00a0100%\u00a0bonus for excellent work, good performance or following instructions accurately and seriously.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n-No qualifications needed but any qualification will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n-Age 18 years to 65 years<br \/>\n-Open to both men and women<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
