\n\u2022 The Role: Beyond standard vlogging; we need cinematic lifestyle, product content and video editing.
\n\u2022 Requirements: Mastery of lighting, color grading, video editing and high-end visual storytelling. Experience in the art, culture, food\/beverage or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus.
\n\u2022 Key Task: Transforming a brand\u2019s essence into \u201cvisual poetry\u201d for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
\n2. Marketing Executive
\n\u2022 The Role: The bridge between creative vision and business results. You will oversee digital strategy, influencer partnerships and campaign rollouts.
\n\u2022 Requirements: Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the Zambian and Sub-Saharan digital landscape.
\n\u2022 Key Task: Executing 360-degree marketing calendars with precision.
\n3. Copywriter
\n\u2022 The Role: Crafting the \u201cvoice\u201d of our brands. From poetic scriptwriting for cinematic ads to punchy SEO-driven captions.
\n\u2022 Requirements: Ability to shift tone between artisanal coffee roasteries, luxury wine distributors, and corporate technical workshops.
\n\u2022 Key Task: Turning strategy into compelling, high-converting narratives.
\n4. Market Researcher
\n\u2022 The Role: Providing the data that fuels our creativity. You\u2019ll analyze consumer behavior, competitor trends (local and regional), and value chains.
\n\u2022 Requirements: Strong analytical skills and experience in qualitative\/quantitative research.
\n\u2022 Key Task: Mapping out the retail and wholesale landscape for our diverse client portfolio.
\n5 . Graphics Designer and Art Director
\nFocus:\u00a0Visual Identity and Conceptual Depth
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead the visual direction for brand launches and digital campaigns.
\nCreate everything from high-end print menus to motion graphics for social media.
\nCollaborate with the videographer to ensure a consistent \u201ccinematic\u201d look across all assets.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
\nA portfolio that shows a mix of corporate professionalism and creative \u201csoul.\u201d
\nExperience in Art Direction (guiding the \u201clook and feel\u201d of a project).
