\nPRINCIPAL COMPLIANCE ANALYST<\/p>\n
JOB PURPOSE \/ DESCRIPTION
\nWork involves supervising staff in conducting research, analysis and investigations to ensure end-to-end compliance within all the Company\u2019s Directorates and Business Units.
\nQUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 School Certificate
\nA bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent business professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA and CA Zambia.
\nAny relevant compliance certifications will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
\nThis job requires the job holder to have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in internal and\/or external auditing, or in project management.
\nJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n
Gather and compile Directorate and Business Unit information for compliance research and analysis.
\nFacilitates and conducts research to identify and analyze applicable compliance obligations.
\nAnalyse and research potential compliance issues and lend resolutions for appropriate changes.
\nIdentify and correct discrepancies with day-to-day functions including mitigation and resolution.
\nDesign the Compliance Management System programme and controls.
\nDevelop and implement compliance processes and procedures to ensure that compliance obligations are met.
\nEvaluate and monitor the Organization\u2019s compliance with its compliance obligations.
\nCollaborate with internal Directorates and Business Units to ensure compliance with all compliance obligations.
\nStay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
\nPrepare information for the Manager for effective\u00a0\u00a0communication\u00a0with the Senior Manager.<\/p>\n
Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with staff.
\nPerform any other duties delegated by the Supervisor.<\/p>\n
