\nThey are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Zambia. This role is responsible for the facilitation, coordination, and execution of field marketing campaigns and training initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager \u2013 Sales and the wider sales team to drive lead generation, strengthen brand visibility, and support revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives within the agri sector.
\nKey Responsibilities:\u00a0
\nMarketing Campaigns & Promotions<\/p>\n
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for key company products.
\nPlan and execute promotional strategies across multiple marketing channels.
\nCoordinate sales promotions and advertising initiatives.
\nAnalyse market trends to identify target audiences and new opportunities.<\/p>\n
Content & Brand Management<\/p>\n
Oversee the creation, review, and management of marketing content across social media and digital platforms.
\nEnsure all marketing materials are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
\nCoordinate website content updates in collaboration with internal departments.
\nMaintain and safeguard marketing materials, including inventory management and control.<\/p>\n
Public Relations & Communications<\/p>\n
Coordinate all public relations activities and respond to media inquiries.
\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
\nMonitor public opinion and media coverage to protect and enhance the company\u2019s reputation.
\nMaintain a strong understanding of industry trends and recommend communication strategies accordingly.<\/p>\n
Events & Partnerships<\/p>\n
Lead the coordination and facilitation of field marketing events and training sessions.
\nTrack and manage expenses related to field events.
\nMaintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues across different regions.
\nEvaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives.<\/p>\n
Planning & Reporting<\/p>\n
Assist in the implementation and documentation of the annual marketing plan and budget.
\nSupport performance tracking of marketing activities and campaigns.
\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

Minimum qualifications and experience requirements<\/p>\n
Marketing diploma
\n2-5 years\u2019 experience in a marketing role
\nExperience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or promotional activities.
\nProficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\nGood organisational and time management skills<\/p>\n
