\nAIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PLANNER

\nReports To: Maintenance Planning Manager
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic Maintenance & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance plans, scheduling aircraft maintenance jobs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This position is crucial for optimising aircraft availability and maintaining the highest level of safety and reliability.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
\nMaintain accurate aircraft records using tracking management systems.
\nEnsure traceability and certification compliance with all aircraft records.
\nSupport audits by ensuring full documentation and physical traceability.
\nCoordinate and plan maintenance tasks in collaboration with maintenance teams, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders
\nEnsure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
\nReview and update maintenance manuals, technical data and regulatory requirement as necessary.
\nMonitor and track maintenance progress and performance metrics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
\nSupport the Continuous Improvement Program to enhance maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
\nStay updated on latest industry trends, technologies and regulations affecting aircraft maintenance.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Certificate or Diploma in General Maintenance Planning or related roles.
\nAt least 1-year experience in maintenance planning or related roles.
\nKnowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations is an added advantage
\nKnowledge of tracking management systems
\nExcellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nKnowledge of working with computers<\/p>\n
