\nTo manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships within the Banking Sub-Segment by proactively identifying opportunities, acquiring new business, and delivering tailored financial solutions from a suite of standard and customised offerings. This job ensures value delivery to clients while driving revenue growth and supporting client retention objectives.<\/p>\n
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive relationship management and strategic engagement.
\nConduct regular client reviews to understand evolving financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
\nDrive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across banking products and services to meet growth targets.
\nDefine and execute a sales portfolio growth strategy aligned with segment objectives and business goals.
\nDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through innovative and appropriate solutions.
\nIdentify customer needs and provide customised financial offerings while promoting digital adoption.
\nBuild and maintain a strong network of business and social relationships to generate ongoing revenue.
\nArrange networking sessions, seminars, and client engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
\nMonitor client satisfaction levels and resolve queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
\nMaintain accurate client records and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
\nContribute to branch or segment profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and efficient resource utilisation.
\nProactively drive performance targets and take accountability for achieving sales and service goals.<\/p>\n
