Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ an Automotive Electrician in the Maintenance Department to join our growing team.
\nPOSITIONS:\u00a0Automotive Electrician (X1)
\nLOCATION:\u00a0Ndola
\nDEPARTMENT:\u00a0Maintenance
\nPURPOSE OF ROLE
\nThe Automotive Electrician shall be responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical faults of heavy duty and light vehicles.
\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Troubleshooting, servicing and repairing electrical components and equipment on light weight and heavy duty vehicles.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Testing and repairing digital control systems and equipment on heavy duty trucks and light vehicles.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Testing repaired and fixed electrical systems on various vehicles.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Responsible for proper use of equipment.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cleaning and maintaining tools and testing devices.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintaining workshop hygiene and safety
\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Participating in repair work and other related duties or service activities.
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
\nTrade\/Craft Certificate in Auto Electrical or related field.
\nMore than three (03) years\u2019 experience as a heavy duty auto electrician.
\nMust be a permanent resident of Ndola or willing to relocate.
\nMust be a Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).<\/p>\n
