\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducts regular team meetings to review performance, address improvement areas, and align on future targets.
\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sets performance objectives and carries out routine reviews in line with company performance management guidelines.
\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Works with HR to identify skills gaps and implement appropriate training and development interventions.<\/p>\n
