Currently, it is looking for a Marketing and Corporate Relations officer who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.<br \/>\nRequired Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in marketing, Public Relations, business administration in Marketing and Mass communication.<br \/>\n\u2022 3 years proven experience in the field of event corporate relations, marketing, branding and sales with a history of working in the health care industry<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance is essential.<br \/>\n\u2022 Creative thinking and innovation to develop unique marketing strategies and promotional initiatives that differentiate the health facility from competitors.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, attract patients, and increase brand awareness.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be a Tanzanian<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have computer skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Applicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecast; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with fliers, brochures and other advertising materials.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support sales staff by providing sales data, marketing trends, forecast, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests,<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture keys demographics.<br \/>\n\u2022 To meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and asses the quality and company\u2019s relationship with existing customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build strategic relationship and partner with key industry players agencies and vendor<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate partners.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and patient demographics to identify opportunities for business growth.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding the needs and preferences of patients and corporate clients to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying challenges and opportunities in marketing and corporate relations and develop creative solutions to address them.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
