Summary<\/p>\n
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution for his OEM throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
\nThe person also ensures that the product supports the company\u2019s overall strategy and goals.

What will be your responsibilities?<\/p>\n
1.OEM Management\u00a0
\n\u2022Implement and followsBIA\u2019s strategy toward the OEM\u2019s
\n\u2022Apply OEM\u2019s management on strategic plans, Range, Purchasing and strategic price, specifications, SIOP, key initiatives, performance, financing, big deals
\n\u2022Follow OEM contract obligation such as reporting, review, negotiation, Business Plan
\n\u2022Secure position and support increase market share on historical OEM\u2019s
\n\u2022Develop and coordinate all product development strategies, key market programs and pricing mechanisms to drive business growth
\n\u2022Schedule products market entry and provide support to marketing groups by providing product training
\n\u2022Analyze product development requirement through market research, analyse competitor products and interact with customers, sales and engineering teams<\/p>\n
2.Sales and Business development \u00a0
\n\u2022Participate, Review and realise Budget and Sales KPI\u2019s for the Division
\n\u2022Follow Equipment sales performance related KPI\u2019s per OEM, Divisions, industry, country, customers
\n\u2022Support sales of new business activities and new technologies
\n\u2022Collaborate and get support from AFM team on specific subjetcs (i.e. project engineering)
\n\u2022Responsible for equipment pricing and its coherence across the territories
\n\u2022Promote package and bundling offer including Service and Parts contracts
\n\u2022Collaborate with Sales Finance to collect needs, prioritize and structure solutions
\n3.Marketing & Operational Excellence
\n\u2022Defines and aligns marketing plans and priorities with strategic plans per OEM
\n\u2022Participates to market intelligence and pricing benchmark reviews
\n\u2022Collaborates and cascades in the countries all the plans and initiatives of the Division
\n\u2022Implements tools, processes, and policies in line with Group & Division guidelines (SIOP \/ DOS \/ Sales Policy)<\/p>\n
Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n
Education\u00a0and Qualification
\nEducation<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
\nFluent in English, French is a plus
\nStrong experience in UG applications and UG products
\nExperience in Surface Drilling is a plus
\nEnsure equipment pricing coherence across territories
\nExperience in Africa environment is a plus
\nTravel \u2013 Min 50%<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Min 10 yrs experience in Underground<\/p>\n
