\nPosition Summary
\nThe Freelance Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for independently sourcing clients, promoting company products, conducting field marketing activities, and closing sales. This is a fully freelance role with earnings based entirely on successful sales performance.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSales<\/p>\n
Conduct field sales and marketing activities to promote company products.<\/p>\n
Identify and secure new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n
Negotiate sales and close deals professionally.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.<\/p>\n
Marketing<\/p>\n
Promote brand awareness in target markets.<\/p>\n
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility.<\/p>\n
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n
Manage customer feedback and recommend improvements.<\/p>\n
Support social media and digital promotions when assigned.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.\u00a0
\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/p>\n
Provide excellent after-sales service.<\/p>\n
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.<\/p>\n
Encourage repeat business and referrals.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate<\/p>\n
Proven sales and marketing experience in the bed industry or related furniture\/mattress industry.<\/p>\n
Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets.<\/p>\n
Strong field marketing and customer acquisition experience.<\/p>\n
Excellent\u00a0\u00a0communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\u00a0
\nCommunications & Media Studies<\/p>\n
Self-motivated and target-driven.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under minimum supervision.<\/p>\n
Remuneration (100% Freelance)<\/p>\n
No fixed salary<\/p>\n
Commission-based earnings only<\/p>\n
Attractive commission payable on confirmed sales collected by the company.<\/p>\n
Higher commission incentives may apply once monthly targets are exceeded.<\/p>\n
