Position Summary
\nThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company\u2019s products through field marketing, identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the bed and furniture industry or a related field, with a proven track record in sales performance and customer acquisition.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSales<\/p>\n
Conduct field sales and marketing activities to promote company products.\u00a0
\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/p>\n
Identify and secure new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n
Negotiate sales and close deals professionally.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.<\/p>\n
Marketing<\/p>\n
Promote brand awareness in target markets.<\/p>\n
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility.<\/p>\n
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n
Manage customer feedback and recommend improvements.<\/p>\n
Support social media and digital promotions when assigned.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent after-sales service.<\/p>\n
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.<\/p>\n
Encourage repeat business and referrals.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Proven sales and marketing experience in the bed industry or related furniture\/mattress industry.<\/p>\n
Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets.<\/p>\n
Strong field marketing and customer acquisition experience.<\/p>\n
Excellent\u00a0\u00a0communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\u00a0
\nCommunications & Media Studies<\/p>\n
Self-motivated and target-driven.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under minimum supervision.<\/p>\n
Remuneration
\nDuring Probation Period<\/p>\n
Gross Salary:\u00a0K3,500\u00a0per month<\/p>\n
Commission:\u00a05% on sales above assigned target<\/p>\n
Upon Successful Probation Confirmation<\/p>\n
Gross Salary:\u00a0K5,000\u00a0per month<\/p>\n
Commission:\u00a07% on sales above assigned target<\/p>\n
