\nWe are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team to oversee operations and drive productivity.<\/p>\n

There are two positions available: Crop Manager and Beef Manager
\nApplicants must be\u00a035 years or older\u00a0and willing to commit to long-term rural work
\nThe farm is located in a\u00a0remote rural area with limited network connectivity
\nCandidates must be comfortable living and working with\u00a0minimal amenities
\nBest suited for individuals with\u00a0strong farming backgrounds, especially those with rural experience
\nOnly serious applicants who can adapt to and thrive in rural conditions should apply<\/p>\n
POSITION 1: CROP MANAGER
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan and manage all crop production activities including land preparation, planting, weeding, and harvesting
\nSupervise and coordinate farm labour teams
\nMonitor soil fertility, irrigation systems, and pest\/disease control
\nImplement sustainable and climate-smart farming practices
\nMaintain accurate records of planting schedules, inputs, and yields
\nReport regularly to management on crop performance and productivity<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agriculture or a related field\u00a0(required)
\nMaster\u2019s degree is an added advantage
\n5 years of practical experience in crop farming and management
\nStrong knowledge of soil fertility, irrigation, and pest management
\nProven leadership and team management skills
\nAbility to work independently in a rural environment
\nKnowledge of sustainable and modern farming practices is an advantage<\/p>\n
POSITION 2: BEEF MANAGER
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee all aspects of beef cattle management and daily farm operations
\nEnsure high standards of cattle health, nutrition, and welfare
\nSupervise, train, and support farm staff
\nMonitor pasture quality and grazing systems to improve herd productivity
\nMaintain accurate records on cattle health, breeding, and production
\nWork closely with management to improve efficiency and sustainability<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
5 years of hands-on experience in beef cattle care and farm operations
\nStrong understanding of cattle nutrition, health, and pasture management
\nProven leadership and communication skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nExperience working in remote rural environments
\nKnowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices is an advantage<\/p>\n
