{"id":8137,"date":"2026-04-20T16:02:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T16:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/manager-quality-assurance-at-zesco\/"},"modified":"2026-04-20T16:02:26","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T16:02:26","slug":"manager-quality-assurance-at-zesco","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/manager-quality-assurance-at-zesco\/","title":{"rendered":"Manager \u2013 Quality Assurance at ZESCO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position<br \/>\nMANAGER \u2013 QUALITY ASSURANCE<br \/>\nJob Purpose \/ Description<br \/>\nWork involves developing and implementing the strategies for the internal quality assurance program; supervising staff in the development and implementation of annual internal quality assurance work plans, coordinating the development of the Audit and Risk directorate Annual Action Plans, monitoring the directorate\u2019s performance and providing consulting services to the management and staff in Internal Audit business units to assist the Audit and Risk management in the attainment of them objectives.Job Application Tracker<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Full Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a bachelor\u2019s degree or a professional qualification like ACCA, or CIMA, or CA Zambia.<br \/>\n\u2022 Other Professional qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be added advantage.<br \/>\nExperience and Requirements<br \/>\nThis job requires the job holder to have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in internal auditing, or external auditing and at least 2 years\u2019 experience in assuring the auditing process.Zambia Business Directory<br \/>\nJob Accountabilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Assists in developing the annual plans for the conduct of quality assurance reviews.<br \/>\n\u2022 Executes the quality assurance reviews in compliance with policies and procedures and the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates the compilation or reviews of policies, procedures, processes and systems for all the business units in Audit and Risk. staff<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates the compilation or review of job descriptions, conduct of performance contracting and appraisals, staff development plans and training.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates the execution of staff development plans and training.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates the directorate\u2019s performance management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates the development of annual plans for the compilation and review of the Directorate\u2019s Annual Action Plans and Risk Register.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitates monitoring and reporting on the directorate\u2019s performance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with staff.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represents internal auditing on organizational project teams, at management and with external organizations as delegated.<br \/>\n\u2022 Performs administrative duties delegated by the Supervisor.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
