Preparation of Investment proposals (IP) and compiling all documents for approval<\/p>\n
Market intelligence:<\/p>\n
\u2013\u00a0getting data on the ground to assist in site\/station evaluation process.<\/p>\n
Zonal market intelligence:<\/p>\n
Getting data on the ground to assist in site\/station evaluation process.<\/p>\n
Visit potential sites and carry out pre-inspections and revert with economic and technological reports.<\/p>\n
Supervise and ensure traffic count is done correctly and revert with summary results.<\/p>\n
Build an enduring relationship with stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Successfully managing the approval process for all investment proposals (IPs) to ensure each IP has zero (0) errors.<\/p>\n
Pre due diligence to be done prior to embarking on finalising IP. Check with relevant authorities such as RDA, ZEMA and Ministry of lands to ensure site is clean.<\/p>\n
Develop new opportunities \/prospects independently.<\/p>\n
Source on the ground market information to update the Master Plan and Zambia Economic overview.
\nZambia Market Insights<\/p>\n
Carryout traffic counting<\/p>\n
Asset management; to manage and ensure maximum return on all company assets at retail sites<\/p>\n
5 .\u00a0Qualification & Experience
\nExperience & education required:<\/p>\n
Degree in Engineering: Civil\/\/Mechanical or Business<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate<\/p>\n
Computer literate- AutoCAD, Windows and MS Applications including MS Project.
\nPrimary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)<\/p>\n
Network Development<\/p>\n
Project and contraction Management<\/p>\n
Financial acumen<\/p>\n
3-5 years\u2019 experience in project management, planning and \/ or construction management<\/p>\n
Assertive<\/p>\n
Analytical and well organized<\/p>\n
