Finance and Lecturer \u2013 Human Resource Management in the School of Business Economics and Management.<\/p>\n<p>LECTURER \u2013 ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE<\/p>\n<p>(Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Risk Management and Auditing)<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTo deliver high quality teaching, research, and academic support in Accounting and Finance programmes, while contributing to curriculum development and student success.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Deliver lectures in the specified subject areas to students.<br \/>\nPrepare course materials, assessments, and maintain accurate academic records.<br \/>\nConduct research and contribute to scholarly publications.<br \/>\nSupervise students\u2019 research projects and dissertations.<br \/>\nParticipate in curriculum development and periodic programme reviews.<br \/>\nEngage in student mentorship and academic advising.<br \/>\nParticipate in examination setting, marking, and moderation processes.<br \/>\nContribute to quality assurance and accreditation requirements.<br \/>\nSupport the use of e-learning platforms and blended teaching approaches.<br \/>\nEngage with industry to enhance practical relevance of programmes.<br \/>\nParticipate in departmental meetings and serve on institutional committees.<br \/>\nContribute to community engagement, consultancy, and professional activities.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor of Accountancy, or Full ACCA, CIMA, and or CA Zambia<br \/>\nA minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (PhD will be an added advantage).<br \/>\nLecturing experience at tertiary level.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles across the specified subject areas.<br \/>\nExcellent teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.<br \/>\nStrong research and academic writing ability.<br \/>\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nGood organizational and time management skills.<br \/>\nAbility to use e-learning platforms and integrate technology into teaching.<br \/>\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.<br \/>\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.<br \/>\nCommitment to continuous professional development.<\/p>\n<p>LECTURER \u2013 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p>Job Purpose<br \/>\nTo deliver high quality teaching, research, and academic support in Human Resource Management programmes, while contributing to curriculum development and student success.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Deliver lectures to Students.<br \/>\nPrepare course materials, assessments, and maintain accurate academic records.<br \/>\nConduct research and contribute to scholarly publications.<br \/>\nSupervise students\u2019 research projects and dissertations.<br \/>\nParticipate in curriculum development and programme reviews.<br \/>\nEngage in student mentorship and academic advising.<br \/>\nParticipate in examination setting, marking, and moderation processes.<br \/>\nContribute to quality assurance and accreditation requirements.<br \/>\nSupport the use of e-learning platforms and blended teaching approaches.<br \/>\nEngage with industry and professional bodies to enhance programme relevance.<br \/>\nParticipate in departmental meetings and serve on institutional committees.<br \/>\nContribute to community engagement, consultancy, and professional activities.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related field.<\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Law, or a related field (PhD will be an added advantage)<br \/>\nProfessional certification will be an added advantage<br \/>\nLecturing experience at tertiary level will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and practices<br \/>\nExcellent teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills<br \/>\nStrong research and academic writing ability<br \/>\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nGood organizational and time management skills<br \/>\nAbility to integrate technology into teaching and learning<br \/>\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism<br \/>\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team<br \/>\nCommitment to continuous professional development<\/p>\n<p>Salary Package:<br \/>\nAn attractive and competitive package will be offered commensurate with one\u2019s qualifications and experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
