\nDuties and Key Responsibilities
\n1. Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, procurement, employment, and regulatory matters.
\n2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs; oversee contract compliance.
\n3. Represent the Corporation in courts, tribunals, and arbitration; manage litigation and dispute resolution.
\n4. Provides subsidiary board secretarial support, including drafting work plans, agendas, notices, and resolutions.
\n5. Protect and manage intellectual property rights; ensure compliance with data protection and digital regulations.
\n6. Supervise, mentor, and develop Legal Officers and departmental staff. Zambia Postal Services Corporation

Qualifications and Experience
\n1. Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with at least five (5)merits including English and Mathematics.
\n2. LLB degree and admission as Advocate of the High Court of Zambia with a valid Legal Practicing Certificate.
\n3. Membership in the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ).
\n4. Master\u2019s in Law is an advantage.
\n5. Minimum 3 years post-admission experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory level in a corporate or quasi \u2013 government institution
