\n5. Centre Administrator
\nRole Overview:
\nThe Centre Administrator will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of Edubridge Education Centre. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage administrative systems, support academic staff, and ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for students and stakeholders.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily administrative operations of the centre
\nManage student records, enrolment, and scheduling
\nProvide administrative support to teaching staff and leadership
\nHandle communications with parents, students, and external partners
\nCoordinate examinations, timetables, and centre logistics
\nEnsure compliance with institutional policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
\nProven experience in an administrative role (education sector preferred)
\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s degree in the relevant subject (Master\u2019s degree preferred)
\nA recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent)
\nProven experience teaching secondary or pre-university programmes
\nStrong subject knowledge and a passion for academic excellence
\nExcellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
\nAbility to inspire and support diverse learners<\/p>\n
Desirable Qualifications<\/p>\n
Experience teaching international curricula such as Cambridge A-Level or equivalent
\nFamiliarity with inquiry-based and student-centred learning approaches
\nExperience in multicultural or international educational environments
\nStrong ICT and digital learning skills<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons aligned with international standards
\nPrepare students for academic success and university progression
\nDevelop lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials
\nMonitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
\nContribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities
