It involves fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that align with their financial requirements.<br \/>\nCompetencies<\/p>\n<p>Good Interpersonal skills<br \/>\nActive and reflective listener<br \/>\nAbility to understand and handle objections<br \/>\nWriting skills<br \/>\nCapability to multi-task<br \/>\nGood communicator<br \/>\nExcellent customer service skills<\/p>\n<p>Essential duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Proactively handle incoming calls and provide assistance to customers.<br \/>\nProactively reach out to potential customers, setting up appointments or following up on leads.<br \/>\nEnsure customers receive correct details about FINCA products and services.<br \/>\nIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant products and services when appropriate.<br \/>\nNegotiate payment plans with delinquent customers to maximize recovery rates while maintaining positive customer relationships.<br \/>\nDocument all outbound calls information according to standard operating procedures.<br \/>\nManage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner leading towards satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Diploma\/Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration , Marketing or any other relevant Business Related Diploma\/Degree<br \/>\nExperience in the same capacity \/Similar Role with a micro finance institution or Commercial Bank<br \/>\nStrong analytical skills and pays attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
