Coordinate the performance management process with the Head HR &amp; Admin. Administer HR policies, procedures relating to recruitment, welfare, pension, medical, housing and salary and wages administration. Manage disciplinary cases and grievances. Maintain a safe and health working.\u00a0Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership, Business Leadership, the wider HR community and Employees.<br \/>\nResume writing service<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the Head HR to Coordinate the performance management process for the bank<br \/>\nEnforcing complying of instructions given pertaining to the use of personal protective clothing, equipment or gear or any matter in relation to health and safety to all employees.<br \/>\nEnsuring that all employees do not interfere with anything that has been provided in the interest of health and safety in the workplace.<br \/>\nRationalizing labour headcount to meet the requirement to enhance productivity.<br \/>\nAssisting with Staff Remuneration through ensuring that all relevant data is communicated to Finance.<br \/>\nFacilitating the bank\u2019s labour requirements on restructuring process of laying off and recess, retrenching or redeploying of employees as a result of company labour rationalization.<br \/>\nManage end to end in house recruitment and selection process (writing the job advertisements, interviewing, reference checking and creating employment contracts)<br \/>\nPreparing and conducting inductions for new employees.<br \/>\nManage on boarding processes and exit interviews.<br \/>\nProviding support and assistance to supervisors\/managers with grievance handling, dispute resolution and performance management and disciplinary issues.<br \/>\nAttendance and tracking of employee movements.<br \/>\nIssuing out Leave forms and advising employees on when to take their Annual leave<br \/>\nAssisting in conducting Monthly performance appraisals.<br \/>\nUpdating and maintaining all HR records in the HR system; Maintaining all employee records and files, including appointment, termination, probation, performance, induction and training records.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership, Business Leadership, the wider HR community and Employees<br \/>\nHelp to plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of the bank<br \/>\nResearch and consult on compensation and benefits<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Attributes<\/p>\n<p>Good Communications Skills<br \/>\nApproachable<br \/>\nProactive<br \/>\nWell driven and energetic<br \/>\nPeoples person yet firm<br \/>\nAttention to detail<br \/>\nGood Interpersonal Skills<br \/>\nNegotiating Skills<br \/>\nProblem-solving Skills<\/p>\n<p>Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Degree\u00a0in HR Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences<br \/>\nMust have a\u00a0minimum of 4-6 years\u00a0of experience in Human Resources and Administration\u00a0with a Commercial Bank or Micro-Financial Institution or FMCG sector<br \/>\nMust be well-vested in Labour Laws and Contract Management<br \/>\nProven ability to prepare HR reports<br \/>\nKnowledge of safety rules and regulations<br \/>\nKnowledge of Bank procedures and policies<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with performance management software will be plus<br \/>\nMust be a Member of ZIHRM with a valid practicing certificate for 2026<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
