Take charge of addressing and resolving key clients complaints. Acting as the main point of contact between Corporate Clients and internal teams. Mentor and supervise Key Account Sales teams assigned to each key client.<br \/>\nSummary of Key Responsibilities;<\/p>\n<p>Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.<br \/>\nBe Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channels.<br \/>\nFocus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.<br \/>\nPrepare tenders and responses to Requests for Proposals in line with customer requirements.<br \/>\nAct as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within the group.<br \/>\nEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products<br \/>\nAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team<br \/>\nDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer base and ensure its strong presence<br \/>\nProvide on-the-ground support for Sales Key Account Reps as they generate leads and close new deals<br \/>\nBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs<br \/>\nPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team<br \/>\nMeet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company\u2019s relationship with them<\/p>\n<p>Required Competencies and Attributes<\/p>\n<p>Excellent Communication Skills (Oral &amp; Written)<br \/>\nHighly self-motivated and ambitious;<br \/>\nFocused, accountable, responsible and dedicated.<br \/>\nCustomer-Centric Skills<br \/>\nBusiness Relations Building and Managing Skills<br \/>\nExcellent Networking Skills<br \/>\nAbility to build rapport with key clients.<br \/>\nExcellent Negotiating Skills<br \/>\nExcellent Persuasive Skills<br \/>\nAbility to Interact with Exco Teams<br \/>\nAbility to handle multiple client accounts<\/p>\n<p>Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Commercial Field<br \/>\nMust have a\u00a0minimum of at least 5+ years experience in Key Account and Business Development with either a Telecoms or FMCG Company<br \/>\nMust have proven experience in\u00a0Sales and Business Development\u00a0<br \/>\nPrevious experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success;<br \/>\nStrong Account Management and Relationship Building Skills;<br \/>\nExperience in managing large accounts at head office \/ Exco level<br \/>\nExcellent working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint<br \/>\nGood understanding of the Telecoms Industry locally and the Southern African Region will be a plus<br \/>\nProactive approach with a high level of attention to detail<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
