Minimum Qualification:Certificate\/ Diploma in Secretarial\/Customer Service
\nMinimum Experience:1- 2 years work experience( preferably in Healthcare)
\nLocation:\u00a0Lusaka, Zambia<\/p>\n
Requirements\/Instructions:\u2022 Booking and Informing the patient with the date and time for pre-operative assessment day, before planned surgeries.\u2022 Following up on insurance approvals.\u2022 Daily monitoring and review the planned and early patient discharge.\u2022 Covering night and day shifts in admission and discharge department\u2022 Any other duty deemed necessarily by the Head of Department.<\/p>\n
