We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support the delivery of effective HR services in Zambia. This role will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and reporting, while helping ensure a strong employee experience and alignment with business priorities.<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, in line with company standards and audit requirements<br \/>\nSupport HRIS data management to ensure data integrity and timely updates<br \/>\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience<br \/>\nAdminister employee documentation including contracts, confirmations, and statutory records<br \/>\nSupport end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication<br \/>\nEnsure recruitment activities are aligned with approved manpower plans<br \/>\nCoordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees<br \/>\nSupport the administration of the company\u2019s performance management cycle<br \/>\nTrack completion of performance reviews and follow up with line managers and employees<br \/>\nAssist with documentation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans<br \/>\nCoordinate learning and development activities, including training logistics, communication, attendance tracking, and training records<br \/>\nSupport employee relations processes, including employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters, in line with company policy and local labor law<br \/>\nSupport payroll inputs, employee benefits administration, leave management, and reconciliation of HR records with payroll reports<br \/>\nPrepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and training metrics<br \/>\nSupport workplace health and safety coordination, records, reporting, and awareness activities<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field<br \/>\nProfessional HR certification such as ZIHRM or equivalent will be an added advantage<br \/>\n3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of Zambia labour laws and HR best practices<br \/>\nExperience using HRIS systems and managing HR data<br \/>\nStrong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail<br \/>\nGood interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion<br \/>\nProactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
