The role requires excellent hospitality standards, discretion, organisation, and the ability to provide high-quality domestic support services while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nHousehold Management<br \/>\nOversee daily household operations and ensure the residence is clean, organised, and well maintained.<br \/>\nSupervise domestic staff such as cleaners, gardeners, cooks, drivers, and caregivers where applicable.<br \/>\nCoordinate schedules for household staff and service providers.<br \/>\nEnsure household supplies are stocked and manage inventory.<br \/>\nClient Service &amp; Hospitality<br \/>\nProvide professional butler services including receiving guests, serving meals\/drinks, and attending to client requests.<br \/>\nMaintain high hospitality standards at all times.<br \/>\nPrepare rooms and household spaces for guests or special occasions.<br \/>\nHandle table setting, meal service, and event support when required.<br \/>\nAdministrative Duties<br \/>\nManage household budgets, petty cash, and approved purchases.<br \/>\nKeep records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and supplier contacts.<br \/>\nLiaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.<br \/>\nTransportation &amp; Errands<br \/>\nRun errands such as shopping, collections, and deliveries.<br \/>\nEnsure assigned vehicles are clean, serviced, and roadworthy.<br \/>\nCaregiving Support<br \/>\nProvide basic caregiving assistance where required, especially for children, elderly persons, or persons needing support.<br \/>\nCoordinate with healthcare providers or family members when necessary.<br \/>\nSecurity &amp; Confidentiality<br \/>\nEnsure privacy, confidentiality, and protection of client property.<br \/>\nMonitor household security and report unusual incidents immediately.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements:<br \/>\nDiploma in Hospitality Management, Caregiving, Housekeeping, or related field.<br \/>\nValid Driver\u2019s Licence (advantage)<br \/>\nValid Passport (advantage)<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in hospitality, private household service, hotel operations, or similar role.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
