The Learning Ladder Academy & Montessori Academy in Lusaka is offering the Oxford international Primary & Montessori Curriculum, invites applications from qualified, dedicated and innovative educators to fill the following positions:\u00a0Primary Teacher and Early Childhood Teacher. \n1. PRIMARY TEACHER
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00d8\u00a0Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Support learners\u2019 academic, social, and emotional development.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners\u2019 progress.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional ethics
\nMinimum Qualifications & Requirements
\n\u00d8\u00a0Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Certification or training in the\u00a0Oxford Curriculum \/ Cambridge Curriculum\u00a0is an added advantage.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Special needs Qualification and experience\u00a0is an added advantage
\n\u00d8\u00a0Valid\u00a0Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)\u00a0registration.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Minimum of\u00a02\u20133 years\u2019 teaching experience\u00a0in an international or Cambridge\/Oxford curriculum setting.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

\n\u00d8\u00a0Support children\u2019s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Observe, assess, and document learners\u2019 progress.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Encourage independence, confidence, and self-directed learning.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Develop and maintain learner portfolios and classroom records.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on learners\u2019 development.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Uphold child safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management
\nMinimum Qualifications & Requirements
\n\u00d8\u00a0Diploma or Degree in\u00a0Early Childhood Education\u00a0or related field.
\n\u00d8\u00a0Montessori experience\u00a0orSpecial needs Qualification and experience\u00a0is an advantage
\n\u00d8\u00a0Valid\u00a0Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)\u00a0registration.
