Lushomo Trust-Grace Centre is currently looking for qualified persons to urgently fill the positions of the CHEF and ASSISTANT CHEF in its restaurant, which is one of its income-generating projects.
\nORGANISATIONAL PROFILE
\nPURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT
\nLushomo Trust-Grace Centre is a community-based project located in Kazungula District along Mambova Road.
\nThe Centre is a TEVETA-accredited institution offering free skills training programs and also supports vulnerable girls with education sponsorship in primary and secondary schools. It also has income-generating projects such as Tailoring, Business Centre, Poultry, Conference facility and the restaurant where the two vacancies need to be filled.
\n1. CHEF
\nQUALIFICATION<\/p>\n
Diploma or equivalent in Food production, Home economics, or any other relevant qualification.
\nPhotocopy of National Registration Card.
\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
\nGood command of English, written and spoken.
\nStrong communication skills.
\nAble to introduce new menus.<\/p>\n
2. ASSISTANT CHEF
\nQUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Certificate in Food Production, Home Economics or any other relevant qualification.
\nPhotocopy of National Registration Card.
\nMinimum of 1-year work experience in a related field.
\nAble to introduce new menus.
\nGood command in English, both written and spoken
\nStrong communication skills.<\/p>\n
