Provide tailored, value-adding solutions in a fast-paced environment, while consistently adhering to company policies and procedures<br \/>\nExecute own work in accordance with the organisational values and code of ethics.<br \/>\nComply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution Identify and escalate risk as normal part of work.<br \/>\nProduce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.<br \/>\nWork with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.<br \/>\nDeliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.<br \/>\nDraw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that leads to improved service delivery and quality<br \/>\nAdhere to quality standards, turnaround times and Company policies and procedures.<br \/>\nComplete relevant administration, reporting and updating of information accurately and on time.<br \/>\nAchieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and achieve an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline managements and sales quality.<br \/>\nIdentify opportunities to increase sales revenue and to grow the organisational client base while containing costs.<br \/>\nAssist with retaining or signing unbanked customer base with a view to improve and increase profitability.<br \/>\nMaximize sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.<br \/>\nMaintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedure, fulfillment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.<br \/>\nMaximise cross-selling opportunities.<br \/>\nDrive adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base.<br \/>\nContribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.<br \/>\nContribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources.<br \/>\nAchieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships.<br \/>\nDeliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.<br \/>\nImportant Closing Date Note<br \/>\nTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.<br \/>\n30\/04\/26<br \/>\nAll appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group\u2019s Employment Equity plan.
