This role involves providing product knowledge, supporting sales efforts, conducting training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product use.

\nYour Mission:<\/p>\n
Act as the primary expert on product features, benefits, and applications.
\nSupport sales teams with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical guidance.
\nTrain internal staff and customers on product usage and best practices.
\nGather customer feedback and communicate insights to product development teams.
\nCollaborate with marketing to develop product materials and campaigns.
\nMonitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities.
\nAssist in resolving product-related issues and provide after-sales support.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Advanced Technician Certificate, Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
\nTL2 as an added advantage
\n2\u20134 years of experience in product management, sales support, or technical roles.
\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle and market positioning.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
\nAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.<\/p>\n
