This role ensures data integrity, supports reporting needs, and assists in administrative tasks related to information management.

\nYour Mission:<\/p>\n
Enter, update, and verify data in electronic systems and databases.
\nMaintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical).
\nReview records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
\nGenerate routine reports and provide data to management as requested.
\nAssist with data audits and quality control checks.
\nHandle confidential information with discretion and security.
\nSupport administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent; additional training in data management or administration preferred.
\n1\u20132 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems.
\nStrong typing skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
