Role Description
\nThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lusaka Province, Zambia, for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and oversee the development of integrated campaigns that align with client branding and goals. Responsibilities include spearheading creative strategy, managing and inspiring creative teams, guiding brand initiatives, and overseeing visual content creation such as art direction and graphic design projects, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and creativity.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven expertise in Creative Direction and developing impactful Creative Strategies
\nStrong skills in Branding and managing brand identity across campaigns
\nProficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design
\nExperience leading creative teams and managing projects to successful completion
\nExcellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
\nAbility to conceptualize unique ideas and turn them into actionable plans
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Design, or Communication Arts
\nPrior experience in a marketing agency environment is a plus<\/p>\n
